QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid experience in VP / Director-level management in Recruiting, preferably in healthcare
- Able to build a leadership team that manages recruiters
- Able to master staffing and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software
- Capability to interpret data from internal and external sources and predict trends
- Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with current technology
- Leadership skills: explicit coaching, developing, and influencing
- Experience working with Filipinos is preferred but not required
