  • Solid experience in VP / Director-level management in Recruiting, preferably in healthcare
  • Able to build a leadership team that manages recruiters
  • Able to master staffing and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software
  • Capability to interpret data from internal and external sources and predict trends
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with current technology
  • Leadership skills: explicit coaching, developing, and influencing
  • Experience working with Filipinos is preferred but not required
